1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the yesb platform — whether through the website at yesb-yesb.com, the yesb Android app, or any other yesb service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the yesb platform.

These yesb terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and yesb. They apply to all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation and any interaction with yesb support. Using the yesb platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2Eligibility

To use the yesb platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. yesb does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or play on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the yesb platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a yesb employee or contractor.
• You must not have a previously terminated yesb account that was closed due to a breach of these terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

yesb reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one yesb account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is a breach of these yesb terms and conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering for a yesb account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your yesb account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. yesb will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact yesb support immediately.

• Account credentials must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your yesb account.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• yesb may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses.

4Deposits and Payments

yesb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending verification.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the yesb deposit page and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change and the current limits shown on the platform at the time of your deposit apply. yesb does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your yesb account balance in real time under normal conditions. If a deposit does not appear within five minutes, contact yesb support with your transaction ID and the support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals on yesb are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method require identity verification and approval from the yesb finance team.

yesb processes withdrawal requests within one to six hours under normal operating conditions. During peak periods — typically evenings and weekends — processing may take slightly longer. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than six hours, contact yesb support with your withdrawal reference number.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (subject to change — check the platform for current limits).
• Withdrawals are processed to the original deposit payment method.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals.

Any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied. The yesb bonus terms for each promotion specify the exact wagering requirements that apply.

6Bonuses and Promotions

yesb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These yesb terms and conditions apply in addition to any promotion- specific terms.

All bonuses on yesb are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times before withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are credited to your yesb account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• yesb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it suspects the bonus is being abused or exploited.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the yesb platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by real dealers operating under regulated conditions. The outcome of every game on yesb is determined fairly and cannot be influenced by yesb or any third party.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection, a server error or a display glitch — yesb will use the game server logs to determine the correct outcome. If the game round was not completed, the wager will be returned to your yesb account balance. yesb's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

• All bets placed on yesb are final once confirmed by the game server.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance before placing a bet.
• yesb is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own error, such as selecting the wrong stake amount.
• Game rules for each title are available within the game interface — players are encouraged to read them before playing.

8Responsible Gaming

yesb is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to every yesb player at any time through the account settings page or by contacting yesb support.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, yesb encourages you to use these tools proactively. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. yesb takes these requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yesb platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the yesb platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the yesb platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise the yesb platform or its security systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing your yesb account credentials with any other person.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such bugs must be reported to yesb support immediately.

10Account Termination

You may close your yesb account at any time by contacting yesb support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

yesb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the account holder has breached these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of termination due to a breach, yesb may withhold any balance pending investigation.

11Limitation of Liability

yesb provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While yesb makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, yesb does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or circumstances beyond yesb's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yesb's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. yesb is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances.

12Changes to These Terms

yesb may update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, yesb will notify registered players via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the yesb platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these yesb terms and conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact yesb support to close your account.
